By accessing or using our website and buying the ORBAR Passport(s), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility
1. Age Requirement: Before any purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not sell alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age.
2. Account Registration: You will need to create an account to buy our products. You agree to provide correct, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
Products
1. Product Availability: The ORBAR Passports are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.
2. Alcoholic Beverage Sale: All alcoholic beverage sales are made within compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. Please drink responsibly.
Pricing & Payment
1. Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the prevailing 9% Government & Services Tax (GST).
2. Payment Methods: We accept Mastercard^®, Visa and PayNow. By providing a payment method, you stand for and warrant that you may use the payment method and that the payment information you provide is correct and complete.
3. FS Pay Pte. Ltd. is the assigned payment gateway and ticketing service provider.
Reservations & Service Delivery
1. Reservations: Please make advance reservations with the bar(s) to ensure there is a vacancy at the bar prior to your visit.
2. The participating bars reserve the right to accept or to reject walk-in customers with no advance reservations, as well as to amend reservations according to their availability.
3. Age Verification: Upon arrival, a valid ID must be presented to the bar before presenting your redemption QR. If you are not of legal drinking age, or if the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the bar reserves the right to reject redemption, and the purchase will not be refunded.
4. The participating bars reserve the right to change the signature drink to another drink of a similar value, according to availability.
Refunds and Exchange
1. Refunds: All ORBAR Passports sold are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other items of similar value.
Earning of E-credits and Discount Codes
1. E-credits earned from successful referrals can be accumulated to pay for or to be offset from subsequent purchase(s) of ORBAR Passport(s). It cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of similar value.
2. Discount codes by referrers can be used on all purchases of the ORBAR Passport(s) throughout the campaign and is not limited to first-time customers. The discount codes are subject to availability. Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) reserve the right to update, change or cancel the discount codes at any time without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection: We collect your personal information in order to process your orders, such as your name, mobile number or email, and payment information. For more details, please click here to read our Privacy & Disclaimer Policy.
2. Data Usage: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to fulfill your order or follow legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
1. General Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) or its partner bars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the purchase of the ORBAR Passport(s).
2. Product Liability: Our liability for any claim related to the ORBAR Passport(s) bought through our website is limited to the amount you paid for the passport.
Governing Law
1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of Singapore.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
1. Modifications: Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes forms your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
